The third installment of Counterpart centers on an office worker named Howard Silk. He is a very calm, dignified and polite officer. Silk works for a United Nations agency based in Berlin. This organization has been the Office of Exchange (IO) for almost 30 years.
According to work, the position of silk is quite low. The OI Agency monitors a checkpoint just below the headquarters between two parallel lands called Alpha and the First World.
