Activision Crash Bandicoot developer Toys For Bob is probably coming up with something new. The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane trilogy is recently released by the company, before making a final decision on the Crash Bandicoot 4 resuscitation approach.
But like most Activision studios, Toys For Bob was drafted to make Call of Duty last year, which seems to be driving people away. Developers seem to have a chance to create something new again. He’s been teasing an upcoming new game via Twitter, and the company has purposely left a space for his new project in the list of all its previous games. But maybe this is the solution?
Again, this is not a new Call of Duty game. Although the studio is proud to be working on the third series of Call of Duty Warzone games, Call of Duty is not on the list of Toys For Bob games.
The company recently launched the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy before embarking on the very popular Crash Bandicoot 4.
However, as with most Activision studios, Toys For Bob was brought into the making of Call of Duty last year, which seems to have drawn some employees away. Now it looks like the developer will have a chance to create something new again.
While showcasing an upcoming new game via Twitter, the company intentionally left a space for its new project in the list of all their previous games. But is it possible? Well, for one thing, it’s not likely to be a new Call of Duty game. Although the studio was “proud” to have worked on the development of Call of Duty Warzone Season 3, Call of Duty doesn’t appear anywhere on the Toys For Bob game list.
Apparently, the studio doesn’t see this as one of its main projects, and it doesn’t seem like Toy for Bob wants to roll out the red carpet for another episode. Instead, it seems more likely that we’ll see another Crash Bandicoot sequel or sequel on the horizon, although some Crash Bandicoot 4 designers and developers have already moved on.
Other popular contenders include a new Skylanders game, or even Spyro, as Toys For Bob worked on the Spyro Reignited Trilogy in 2018.
