What's missing in the timeline when he will comfortably consider himself king of Fury FC is the UFC variable.
With slots still available on Dana White's Contenders Series, Moran could theoretically finish in Tuesday night's first game.
He's not thrilled to be leaving the only cage he's ever known, but if the UFC calls before he has a chance to be at the center of Houston's promotion, he'll all agree completely.
