Torrens' single to bases-loaded Jonathan Loisiga gave the Mariners a 1-0 victory over the Yankees at T-Mobile Park.

 A Yankees  confounding error prevented Aaron Judge from getting his first at-bat in extra innings until the 13th inning.

The Yankees (71-40) lost six in seven games. 

Merwin Gonzalez walked  Matt Brash to load the bases. Gleyber Torres hit and Miguel Andujar landed at shortstop. 

 As a ghostrunner in the top of the 12th, Jose Trevino was tagged third to shortstop on an infield grounder by Isaiah Kinner Farefa.

Kiner-Falefa tried to move up to his second but was called from the bases his pass to avoid a tag team. 

 At the end of the 12th inning, Ty France's ground ball dropped the Ghostrunner to third base with two outs. 

Lou Trivino joined Mitch Haniger and Jake Lamb to load up the bases and take on Eugenio Suarez. Trivino attempted, before batting a 97 mph sinker to keep the Yankees alive. 

JP Crawford put a bunt at his third baseline and Ghost put him in third place ahead of runner Cal Lowry ahead of him in 11th. 

Wandy Peralta deliberately walked Sam Haggerty and the Mariners sent Carlos Santana upstairs to meet him.

Peralta made a comeback, with Gleyber Torres going doubles and shooting first to score Santana. 

Andrew Benintendi tried to take third after Josh Donaldson was hit by a pitch to take the lead from the tenth, but went into a rundown. 

Gleyber Torres landed on the pitcher, leaving pinch runner Tim Locastro, who  advanced on a rundown, in second place. Former Met Paul Sewald knocked out Andujar to end the inning

  In the 11th inning, with no one out, Miguel Andujar froze second in the lineup for Aaron Hicks, doubling from base.  

 The Yankees have swept a base run after his disastrous 2021. They entered Tuesday night's game with 31 outs, one below the league average. That's all.
